You pull out your access chip. It's sorta like a Bluetooth device, only it allows for security clearance. It's wedge shaped, with a red line down the center and your name on one side of it, your picture on the other. You get up and walk back out to the tram station, smiling at people as you make eye contact. You ride the tram down to the Biological Research Ring, and exit, wandering around and fiddling with your access card. You always had to have something to fiddle with in your hands, always.
You walk past several labs and doors as you try to decide where to go. First, you walk past a lab with large windows to the inside, where a few scientists seem to be trying to work on a centrifuge, but seem to be getting frustrated. Second, you walk past a green house, a single botanist is pruning some odd-looking shrubs, you note she looks attractive. Lastly, you walk past a door with red lettering reading "RESTRICTED ACCESS" on it; holding your access chip near it, a hologram pops up that reads "Maintenance access granted."and it indicated that the door was unlocked.
Going back to a central hallway intersection, you consider your options.
