Granted, but here's the catch....

You are granted extremely attractive knees. People are wowed by your knees. You spend hours looking at your knees in the mirror and in photographs, but to you, they just look like knees, not that much different than they looked before. But still you are making a nice profit from allowing your knees to be photographed in modeling shoot and doing body double work on movie and sitcom sets. Too bad none of those people you meet because of your attractive knees seem to care about the rest of you. Frequently, you find yourself trying to make conversation only to have them excuse themselves or just wander off like you weren't even talking to them. At least, you have fans who write to you, or rather stars pass on letters that were written to them complimenting 'their' knees, but those long fetish love letters that address your knees as if they were a separate person from the rest of you makes you feel all sorts of weird and dirty.
