Chapter #8

A matter of family.

by: Scifiwizard Retired Author IconMail Icon
For a while now, you had noticed that your older sister, Sarah, had been wearing more makeup than usual and donning long sleeved shirts in the middle of summer. You were not the only one to notice this, your parents and other siblings had questioned her about it but the response was always the same. "I'm trying a new style, okay?" Your family shrugged it off, not really understanding the 'in thing' with her group but you suspected something sinister was afoot.

Drumming your fingers onto your desk, you muttered, "I have to get into her school and see what's going on but I'll need a girl who can can stay close to her."

Making your decision, you waited for Sarah to leave the house to hang with her friends at the mall and quickly took a number of her clothing. You had borrowed a pair of her panties, bra, socks, a simple dress, and a spare school uniform. Fortunately, no one saw you do this as you returned to your room, locking the door. You laid the clothing out onto your bed before focusing on the oldest girl form the Gunslinger Girl series, Triela. She was a cybernetic assassin who preferred to use her head before her guns, capture not kill, in solving any case. Her high intelligence, vast cybernetic strength, and resistance to pain made her a perfect candidate to help your sister. "She may be a brat." you thought to yourself. "But she is still family."

The egg came out slowly, nearly gagging you, as you took your time to ensure the creation was as perfect as possible. With a heaving sound, the egg dropped out of your mouth and began to quickly grow. Through the light of the window, the thin shades drawn, you could see the silhouette of the girl forming within. It was nearly a minute before the egg hatched and Triela stood before you, awaiting your command. You focused on only her eyes as you motioned to the clothing you had taken from Sarah's room.

"Put on these clothes." you ordered her."You will wear the dress today and the school uniform tomorrow."

Triela nodded then proceeded to quickly dress herself. You helped only by zipping the dress closed in the back and tying the white sash in the back. "Now then." you said, facing Triela. "We will now go..."

You have the following choices:

*Noteb*
1. To the mall.

2. My sister's school.

*Noteb* indicates the next chapter needs to be written.
