Alan blushed a little bit. he'd never had a conversation with a girl at the college before, he'd usually been too afraid or they looked like they would have chewed him up and spit him out. "H-Hi there." the wolf girl blushed and looked down, she was just as embaressed as he was and it gave him a little comfort. "Did you want something? maybe we could talk?" the girl nodded her head gently, slowly tilting her head up, but stopped at his chest, still a little too afraid to look him in the eyes. "Y-Y-Yea.. I c-couldn't help n-notice you s-seemed n-new around here.. No one has s-sen you a-around before." Alan smiled, it wouldn't matter if he had said that he had been around for a while, must much skinnier, he doubted she would believe him and simply nodded. "Yea I guess you could say I'm new." she tiled her head up and started him in the eyes. "I-I was w-w-wonder i-if you w-want to take a walk around c-campus, I could s-show you around." Alan already knew the college campus pretty well, but he didn't want to seem rude and she was really cute. "Sure I'd like that"
The wolf girl felt more comfortable around Alan as they walked around campus. Even though Alan knew the place, he liked being with her. She seemed like a very nice girl. He also enjoyed the clear and quiet night compared to the noisey and crowded party. Alan looked up at the full moon again fueling him with warm power underneath his fur. Alan asked her, "You don't look like a party goer. What's a nice girl like you doing at a frat party?"
"Well," she stuttered, "I'm a bit shy and my friends thought it would be good for me to go. I don't like going to parties like that. They're too noisy and someone's bound to act stupid there."
A girl with good intentions. Alan liked that. But then he remembered, "I'm sorry, I don't think we've been introduced. My name's Alan." Alan rose a paw for a shake. The girl responded, "Alice." Alan grinned, this girl seemed really. Could he ask her out? he didn't know if she would agree. "So Alice I was wondering...." he blushed, wonder if he was making the right choice. Alice looked up at his face. "Alice i wanted to know if... maybe we could.. I don't know go out sometime?" It was Alice's turn to blush and she looked down, suddenly interested in nails on her hand. "I. uh..It's sounds really nice and all.." Alan closed his eyes, waiting for that 'But' to dash his hope, but it didn't come. "Sure. I think a date sounds nice.." her voice grew quiet as the blush in her cheeks grew brighter. Alan didn't know whether to hug her, or to jump up and howl for joy, so he decided to try and play it down. "Great! how about..." Alan frowned. where could he take her? the movies were nice, but so was going out to dinner.
