Lilly and Oliver were finishing eating their lunches, when Lilly felt the need to use the bathroom. So she got up and tried running to the bathroom, but as soon as she did she started to poop her pants. She tried to stop herself, but it didn't work so all she could do was stand there as she continued to fill her panties with poop. Who notices Lilly's accident?
