A notification shows up on your phone, the Asian Extreme variant seems to have a victim in your neighbourhood. A couple of distant shots show your local mall. Hoping for an in person viewing, you can't wait to see her in all her jiggly beauty.
Enjoying a smoothie, you sit at the window. You spot a couple of the familiar victims, still an impressive sight, if not quite so unusual.
You suspect you might've seen a bimbo variant, in the wild. But, you can't spot the rarity you're hunting.

Just as you're finishing the dregs of your smoothie, she walks around the corner. It was totally worth the wait! She's either trying to hide her nipples from being on display, or just idly playing with them as she walks. The answer comes quickly, as she does too.
She slumps against a nearby wall, her legs trembling, as she fights to control the surging emotions. You snap her picture on your phone, a whole gallery of her alone, for the bragging rights. As she returns to herself, and the real world the distant look vanishes from her eyes. Your eyes meet, and she spots your phone, obviously taking her picture.
