“Come on Fonty,” Blaire pouted with her large eyes gleaming at her smaller sister as she munched on both of the breakfast burritos at the same time. “You’re a growing girl! Ya gotta have more than just a bagel!”
“Y-Yes,” Fontina sputtered as she pulled the half eaten bagel from her lips, which had curled into a slightly nervous smile on her face. “But, you k-know me, I’m always trying to watch my weight and…”
Before Fontina could continue, Blaire had placed her fingers onto Fontina’s lips, making the dark blue haired beauty from speaking. “Nonsense! Fontina, you don’t need to worry about such things! Heck, you’re one of the prettiest things on this campus, and you have been for the past few years! One big breakfast with your big sis isn’t going to ruin that figure of yours.”
Fontina pulled back slightly with her cheeks a little flushed from what her sister had told her, and began to speak. “But…”
“And if you mention that fruit again,” Blaire sighed loudly as she crossed her arms under her meaty bust. “Then I may just have to get Noir and Pamela in on this, and you know that you can never disagree with all three of us teaming up on you!”
Fontina sighed loudly, both out of exasperation and fear, she knew that her older siblings were like second parents to her and sometimes they acted as good advisors… And if all three of them were working together on something then they were practically unstoppable when it came to convincing people. “A-Alright… I guess a little more couldn’t…”
“Great to hear!” Blaire gleefully laughed before she ripped into the remains of her two breakfast burritos. After polishing off the breakfast foods, the large Flareon Moemon smiled brightly at Fontina. “And you need to relax Fontina, you’re like those people who get bent out of shape whenever there’s a new disease mentioned in the news, you think you’ve got all the symptoms and you think that you’ve got it – When in fact, your mind is tricking you into thinking that!”
As Fontina listened to Blaire’s explanation, she did have to admit that Blaire did have a point about that – Combined with all the stress of her final year at the academy and her ‘out growing’ of her unmentionables, Fontina’s mind could just be playing tricks on her. It was a reasonable explanation about Fontina’s earlier thought processes for sitting down, and it was just a berry soaked in incense – That can’t have any effect on her body, or at least not a drastic one.
So, with her mind cleared of that little misconception, Fontina gleefully finished off her bagel and was reaching for one of those breakfast burritos that Blaire had eaten earlier – They did smell pretty good. And the fresh cut fruit platter that Blaire brought out as well was so cute – The apple slices were cut to resemble little rabbits, and they were also coated in cinnamon as well!
‘No wonder Blaire didn’t come home much of the summer,’ Fontina thought as she plucked one of the cinnamon apple rabbits into her mouth, allowing the taste to set in her mouth – A sweet if not zesty taste melted into her tongue as she chewed. ‘She’s really gotten better!’
Before Fontina knew it, she had already eaten half of the fruit platter, a couple of muffins and about five of the remaining breakfast burritos, which was about three behind Blaire’s amount. The Vaporeon Moemon was practically lost amongst the bountiful tastes that were mixing in her mouth, she had almost forgotten about how good Blaire’s food was!
But looking at Blaire, it was apparent that she didn’t forget how good her cooking was, she was eating more of the food she had gotten out (which made Fontina rather thankful, most of the food was going into her bigger sister!). In fact, if Fontina didn’t know it, she could’ve sworn that Blaire might’ve put on quite a few other pounds over the summer break…
Fontina would’ve continued her train of thought but…
