He wishes he knew what the hell was going on

As quickly as the thought enters his mind, Dan knows why things seam to be happening between him and his cousin. He has been granted the ability to wish for anything. Once he makes his wish it becomes part of reality. What ever He wishes for happens and is now the norm for society. His cousin and everyone else believe it is normal for her to be around him naked and for her to give him oral sex.
Dan contemplates his new reality and realizes that this could be dangerous. He could inadvertently do tings he did not want to do. Like what happened to his cousin, those wishes were not conscious wishes and yet they still happened. "I wish that from this point on the only things that happen are wishes I consciously make."
As soon as he was done Dan felt a sharp pain in his head and he blacked out. When he came to again it was to the pleasant feeling of something warm and wet wrapped around his cock. He opened his eyes and looked up to see his cousin once again sucking on his hardening member.
