Humanity has always longed for a solution to cure aging, and in one of the many laboratories that tackled this problem in search for a holy grail that allowed humans to greatly extend their lifespan they were taking the unconventional approach to accelerate aging first in order to understand fully the process and being able to reverse engineer it.
Dr. Gordon smiled with satisfaction as he and his team could finally produce the chemical that could accelerate this process, in the form of an insipid and inodorous liquid that looked exactly like water. With this he could now test in on rats and start working on deconstructing the way the chemical forced cell division and death, growth of organs or accelerated use in case the animal was already an adult and finally the decay that comes with advanced age and that lead to one of the great enemies of humanity, death.
As part of the research and development department of a big laboratory whose main sources of profit were products for human consumption like water and soft drinks, he kept his work entirely separated for security reasons, but one day he almost passed out from shock when he noticed an anomaly in his experiments. The chemical wasn't working at all and checking it led to a terrifying discovery, the chemical that caused aging used in the experiment was actually water. That meant his aging acceleration agent would be out there, bottled in drinks that people would eventually consume, unaware of what they were actually doing to their bodies. Dr. Gordon couldn't sleep that night but he knew he had to remain quiet, because bringing up this problem would certainly get him fired at the best case, and at the worst would get him sued and even jailed.
Option 1 = Amy and Beth are two siblings that constantly fight and bicker with each other, with Beth taking full advantage of being the older one to annoy her younger sister and put him in her place, until Amy happens to drink some "water".
Option 2 = Kate is a teenager that happens to have a huge crush in a guy a few years older than her, and despite his polite and friendly behavior she can tell he doesn't entertain the idea of being with her at all because she is just too young for him. She wishes there would be a way for her to move the clock forward.
Option 3 = Anthony is a young and ambitious employee that has quickly moved through the senior ranks and that openly scorns the older coworkers who he feels keep the company from progressing, until the wrong choice of drink starts turning him into one of those older coworkers
Option 4 = Tom is a kid that really likes sports but with his small frame he struggles to get into the local teams for his age group. He wishes his body would just develop quicker until drinking the water starts affecting his body.
