Body Scan

One of the first things Marsha had decided to do following her intentional infection was run a full body scan on herself. Using an MIR machine she had purchased before the infection began, she ran a full diagnostic test. It was going to take a few minutes to process, so she passed the time by completing various equations in her head in order to keep her mind completely on track.
After a few minutes, the scan completed. Exiting the MIR machine, she took a look at the results. What she saw did not please her.
"Damn. Seems my physical change is fully completed, but the virus is trying to shut down the cognitive centers in my brain, while sending the pleasure centers into overdrive." Marsha said to herself. "If I don't do something soon, my brains, like, totally gonna get all mushy and yucky and- CRAP! Stay focused, stay focused."
Worried about where this might go, Marsha ran a simulation on the current rate her mind was altering. After just a few seconds, she got her answer, and the result horrified her. If she didn't do something to stop this rate of mental change...
