Naruto stepped on a seal that activated and absorbing all of the nine tail chakra. Naruto tried to undo the seal but he can't do any jutsu because the seal restrict his hand from moving." Now Naruto can move freely but with the lack of chakra he cant do much to stop Naruko. Just as he thought the village is done for he heard someone in the bush.
