Penny just got home after a failed acting audition, lack of sex in six months, not receiving a raise, and used her car keys to open her apartment door. Luckily for her, her neighbor Sheldon was home and offered to let her stay over till the locksmith arrives. She becomes curious about the online game that he's playing. She quickly makes herself an account, learns how to play, and reached level 3 by the time Leonard arrived.
Later in the afternoon, and late at night, she returns to get more information about the game from Sheldon. Soon, she starts calling Sheldon at his work. Leonard tried to come over and get her out of the addiction, but he found quite a site. Penny has been wearing the same ratty clothes for days, there are Cheetos in her hair and stained clothes, and she only focuses on her game.
She gets worse and worse by the day. Now she starts to chug whole cans of red bull and is starting to not need help from Sheldon. Her apartment is a mess and she isn't even going to work anymore. Penny starts to notice that the Cheesecake Factory hasn't fired her yet. But Penny is oblivious to the extra weight she is getting. But things soon get worse...Real worse.
