Monique doubled over, clutching her gut. "HnnnghhhhhrrrAUUUUGGHHHh...." she groaned out. The pressure was intense. Her eyes started to glow a bright red, matching he same glow of the mysterious gem.

"Monique!" Kim shouted, "A-are you okay?!"

The raven haired girl's arms started to bulk out. Her red dress tightened against her hulking body. "Hnnnnghhhh feeeling..... FEELING..." she stammered. Kim could only stare in wide eyed awe as her friend grew into a hulking behemoth before her. Her sleeves exploded off of her bulging biceps, veins popping up all over her body. "HNNGGRAAHH!" she roared out, standing in front of Kim at a whopping 12 feet tall. Monique looked down at her impressive, muscular body. She looked like an Amazon goddess!

"Are you.... feeling alright?" Kim said in bewildered surprise, staring up at the giant Monique.

"Mmmm..." Monique moaned, flexing her new, tree trunk sized arms, "I'm feelin' BETTER than alright, Kim..." Her eyes flashed the same blood red, "I'm feelin' STRONG!" She ripped the rest of her tattered red dress off with her hand, bigger than Kim's entire head. "I feel like I can take on the world! Mmmmm, now I know how those super villains of yours feel!" She grinned, baring her sharp, white teeth, letting drool run down her chin. "You're not gonna try 'n' stop me, are ya, Kim?"

Kim couldn't take down her best friend, but she couldn't let her destroy her town! She decided she had to...
