Your name is Dalton Xavier; A 21 year old Caucasian man from the United States, with some Canadian ancestry in your blood. In appearance, you had a mix of brown and blonde hair (known as "Dirty Blonde"), and jade green eyes.....or at least, you once had a pair of green eyes. To elaborate, you didn't exactly had a fully happy childhood, for you were kidnapped during a family trip to Africa when you were 9 years old by a group of guerilla fighters led by a deadly warlord.
With no other choice, you were molded into a child soldier, killing military soldiers in the African jungles. Eventually, you were rescued after 8 long years have passed. By then, you had built up a reputation among both the warlord's soldiers and his enemies, known only as "Aar libaax oo cad", which was Somalian for "The white lion", due to your proficiency of dual-wielding a large serrated knife in each hand, delivering lethal strikes up-close with almost inhuman speed, just like the notorious feline of the African Savannah.
Although your family was fortunate and relieved to see that you were still able to remember who they were, that moment of happiness didn't last very long when the Orcs violently slaughtered most of your family, despite you killing a few of these creatures with steak knives out of self-defense and lusting for vengeance. And this was before the Cultural Exchange Between Species Act was ever established.
However, you didn't come out of the tragedy....intact. Eventually, in retaliation for you killing some of their brethren, the Orcs broke the lower half of your legs, your right arm, and ripped out your right eye. This left you crippled for life.

You woke up with a cold sweat, heart pumping at an almost panicked rate before calming yourself down. Unable to return to sleep, you sat up in your bed, hearing the muffled mechanical sounds of your Cybernetic Enhancements. Although it did give you back the body parts that were painfully stripped from you by those damn Orcs, you could still feel the invisible pain from the limbs you lost, as you stood up and slowly walked toward the large pane of glass that led out toward the balcony. Nowadays, in place of your original body parts, your cybernetic enhancements had this intimidating look to their appearance. The legs and right arm looked as if they were based off of General Grievous from Star Wars, while your right eye looked straight out of Deus Ex: Human Revolution.
Apparently, your childhood friends, Cody Hollard, Mitch Stanic, Garrett Hendrickson, and the oldest of the bunch, Steve McCain, offered to have you stay with them in their spacious penthouse within Tokyo's Shinjuku Ward. After all, they heard what happened to your family and decided to give you a home. Standing up, you looked out toward the skyscrapers that lit up the night sky, as you began to ponder about what had occurred only yesterday.
From what you remembered, Cody and the tear of your friends managed to land you a job within the government-led police task force known as "The Cultural Exchange Security Squad". However, they also introduced you to your new *ahem* commanding officer, the woman known only as "Ms. Smith".
