You managed to tackle yourself and Dr. Fitz out of the incoming boot. The impact of which caused an incredible gust of wind nearly knocked you both across the floor if not for you clawing the floor to negate the tempest. You felt a pop from the hand you held Dr. Fitz wrist with, figuring the forces dislocated his arm.
Now under the lab table, you both were out of any immediate danger.
"Sweet Mary! My arm's dislocated!" Fitz clutched his shoulder in pain.
"Here, I'll reset your arm...One." You began counting down.

"GAH! You arsehole!" Fitz cursed at you.
"Alright...Let me focus...I can do this...Probably..." You said, still unsure of your abilities.
"Just focus on getting us back to-"

"Normal...Ouch..." Fitz rubbed his head, after it hit the table above as you both were returned to your natural size.
"Uh...Hey it worked...First try too...Oh! Hello! Stuart B. Szalinski. Recently discovered inhuman." You offered a hand of greeting to Agent Daisy Johnson after your rolled out from under the table.
"Daisy Johnson. Codename: Quake." Daisy accepted your hand and helped you up.
"Fitz?!" Dr. Simmons was puzzled as to why her colleague was on the floor.
"Gemma! Oh, sweet merciful Christ, I'm back to normal." Fitz stumble up, comparing his height to Gemma to confirm he's his true size.
"What the hell happened to you two?" Daisy asked.
"This chiel shrank us both down to the size of ants...We're bloody lucky he managed to change us back...Oh, it's good to be back...We we're mere seconds from being squished under your boot, Daisy." Leo Fitz said, still tense from the experience.
"Oh...Sorry, my bad..." Daisy apologized.
"Hey don't worry about it...As long as I'd get Dr. Fitz out of the way, I'd be fine...Wouldn't be the first time I got stepped on by a woman. That'd be when my ex got me stuck under her socked foot in the middle of a heatwave...Took the longest shower in my life after that." You told.
"Simmons, we need to work on a way to keep his powers in check. The notes Dr. Pym sent should be a good place to start." Leo said.
"Sure. Let's get right on it." Gemma agreed.
"So...How long you had your powers for?" Quake asked you.
"A bit over 3 months...Why?" You asked.
"Did you buy any chance eat any fish before it happened?" She asked.
"Now that you mentioned it, I do remember having sushi before I first shrank...Why?" You asked.
"Due to an incident previously, terragen mist contaminated a portion of the world's fish supply...Unlike the normal terragen mist, which is fatal to normal humans, the contaminant is rendered harmless for humans, but game-changing for inhumans...I even have a friend that took a fish oil pill and it caused him to experience terragenisis...That's when you get covered in a black cocoon-like thing...Hurts like hell." Daisy explained to you.
"Oh! So that's what all that black crap was..." You now realized.
"Anyways, we can get started on helping you control your powers...I can take a crack at training you personally, or Dr. Simmons can run some tests on you to see about making you some training wheels...Or, Agent May can teach you a thing or two about fighting, maybe even a bit more about SHIELD of you're curious. All up to you." Quake broke it down for you.
