Amy entered the cave that her emerald detector was leading her towards. She'd stepped into a section where the walls were covered in crystals. The detector started going wild, and Amy turned it off. The room seemed to be glowing faintly, just enough for her to be able to see the small pedestal in the middle of the room.
Atop the pedestal sat a chaos emerald, one of 7, Tails and sonic had been collecting them to keep them away from Dr. Eggman. The duo had found 4 and were keeping them safe, Eggman had found 1. "If these things are this easy to find, it's strange we don't have them all already" Amy reached out and touched the stone bare handed
Amy's hand buzzed as it touched the stone, the energy dispersing throughout her body. Amy took a sudden deep breath, not of surprise, but of renewed energy, it was as if she'd just woken up from the perfect rest. She didn't feel tired at all. "Wow, okay! I wasn't expecting this kind of rush, I thought these didn't do anything unless you had all seven." The tingling sensation she'd gotten from touching the emerald was faded but still present, it seemed to be most plentiful in her chest though.
