You go up on your bed and find that you are not even on dry land but an island surrounded by just water. You heart sinks as you think that escape is impossible and even if you get out of your cell that you could not make it to land. You lay down on your bed and just start to cry at your perdicimant. You do not even notice that the door to your cell opens and an orderly walked into your room till he clears his throat. Startled you try to cover yourself up and he sits down next to you and says "i know you may not like this at all and I am sorry for brutally shocking you but i will answer your questions as best as I can."
You let your first question go and you say "Where am i and why am I here?"

They were in various stages of dress to the ones who were just wearing diapers to others who were fully clothed. The orderly explained "As you can see the clothing is a sign of respect here the more clothing you have on the closer you are to rehabilitation. The ones without the diaper on are the ones that will be released soon. So far no one has come back in the three years we have been open. Go ahead mingle with the others learn their stories and read the rules posted there in red."
