Fear Ruins Underpants

As you stand there cowering your fear causes your bladder to release and you release a squeak as you completely soak through your underpants, the urine running freely down your legs. The nurse smiles at the sight of a boy standing in front of her helplessly wetting himself like a little baby and grabs you spinning you around until your front crashes against the wall.
