Jeff didnt want to make Katie older. She was annoying as it was, her being a teenager or older could make her more annoying then her being 8. So he decided to make her younger. When he selected the option, more options appeared. Asking if he wanted the change perminant (no), mental (no), reality (yes, dont want to get in trouble for his sister younger), and duration time (5 inutes so she knows whats happening).
