Chapter #4

Kit Cloudkicker

Ash heard a thud, followed by another; he felt a tremor through the ground, with each thud getting stronger than the last. With all these giant buildings Ash could only assume that someone very big was coming. It suddenly grew dark as a shadow fell over him. Turning around Ash looked up over the grass line. At first he saw nothing, then a tuff of brown hair and a baseball cap turned backwards then a face came into view. He soon found himself self looking up at the last creature he thought to see when he woke up this morning.

Kit Cloudkicker was strolling towards Higher for Hire, the grass felt pleasantly cool under his feet. Normally on a day like today he and Baloo would be making deliveries for the boss lady but she had given them both the day off, as it had been a slack week. With Baloo over at Louie’s Kit decided to have a bit of time by himself. He was totally unaware of the human only a few steps in front of him.

``Holy Shit….``

That was as bout the only thing Ash could think off saying. What else was there to say? There was a giant flesh and blood version of Kit Cloudkicker from Tailspin, right down to the ball cap sitting on top of his head. Though from what could be seen each time Kit lifted a foot to take a step, his feet were more bear like than what they were in the show. Ash quickly realized he should’ve been running instead of looking at those feet because in less than two steps they were bearing down on top of him!

Ash reflexively threw his hands up as if to hold back the tons of flesh that was hovering over his head. His eyes were closed. There was no point in looking; Ash knew he was about to become a smear on the ground. The earth shook violently and he was thrown off his feet. Coughing up some dust Ash opened his eyes. To my amazement and relief he saw that Kit had decided to sit down, his back resting up against the side of the building and his two huge feet propped up right in front of him. Dirt and other debris rained down around Ash as the cub wiggled his toes and scrunched his feet up.Sighing contently Kit removed his had placeing it beside him.

It was only then that Ash noticed the Paper bag next to him. Judging from the smell coming from the Paper bag Ash assumed it to be the cub's lunch.

So, now what to do? From what he could recall Kit had a fairly level head for a twelve year old. He’d have better chances of survival if he had his help. Climbing the giant bear cub would take too long so from what Ash could see he had three options: Climb up onto Kit's ball cap and wait for him to put it back on his head so he could get close to his ear, take the direct approach and climb into his lunch bag and get his attention when he lifted a food item to his mouth. A tad bit more dangerous but Ash figured that close to his ears Kit would be able to hear him. At least he hoped so. His other option was to get his attention by tickleing one of his feet, since he was very close to them at that moment.

You have the following choices:

*Noteb*
1. Climb into his Lunch Bag

2. Tickle Kit's foot.

3. Climb up onto Kit's ball cap

*Noteb* indicates the next chapter needs to be written.
