The toilet creaks under the most massive ass you have ever seen. The woman the ass belongs to groans. "Ugh...this one is gonna be huge..." she mutters to herself as her stomach grumbles. A few seconds of silence pass before a powerful stream of diarrhea blasts into your face with a sound that almost shatters your eardrums. The woman groans again as she increases the pressure. The only breaks you get from the stream of liquid shit are when she pushes out a log. You're forced to eat and swallow as much of it as you can to avoid drowning. After almost an hour, it finally stops. You're nearly invisible in the bowl, completely covered in the woman's waste. She pants for a bit.
