Chapter #5

Wolf

by: This Guy Author IconMail Icon
The sight of this probable werewolf nearly scared you enough to run away, but seeing that the mixed breed is unconscious as well, you stayed. Up to that you even walk closer to get a better look at the female anthro. You realized a few things that you wouldn't have expected.

Her face was covered in a thin layer of gray fur. She didn't have a muzzle, but her mouth was open enough to see what she had sharp teeth and a nose looking like a wolf. Her tail was for some reason smooth and looked brushed. She had legs like a human, but paws for feet. As well as the arms, only they had hands. Every inch of her was covered in fur. She had a nice figure, one that almost anyone would look for. Her hair was just below her shoulders, gray as well, while her ears are sicking out a bit.

"I've heard of anthropomorphism, but this is ridiculous!" you exclaim. You looked around and see that there is even more rustling. Up to that you hear some talking and quiet yelling. Something about hunting "that" wolf. Hey, humans are animals as well, right?

"I've got to get her out of here. She's probably the one they're looking for." It should be possible, after all its an entire forest that people can hunt in. You only come to this place occasionally because its peaceful most of the time. You grab her and realize that she's unusually light for her weight. You run to your car without being noticed and wait for the forest wonder to wake up.

After a few minutes of getting her properly seated, heck, you try doing this and see how easy it is, she finally wakes up, with some fidgeting, saying, "Ah! Don't kill me! Don't kill me!" She breathes really fast before figuring out where she was. "Where... where am I?"

"Out of the forest," you reply. "You must have hit yourself pretty hard. And what was going on back there? I heard quite a fuss."

"Oh, its that same damn time of year again," she says, "hunting season and I'm the main catch, just because of the way I look. (gasp) Let me guess, you're with them as well and taking me away and proceed as planned, right?" She quivers and prepares to run with fear.

"Wait, what? Does I look like a hunter?" After all, you're dressed in every day casual clothes.

The female wolf eyes you carefully, and sees that you have a sedan instead of a pickup. "Oh. Sorry."

"Don't worry about it. As a matter of fact, you don't need to worry anymore anyway. If you want, I can take you away from this forest, save you from all these people."

"You, you really would?" she asks, all enamoured with the fact. You nod and she stands up and hugs you tight.

"Please take me away!" she whispers strongly. You tell her to get in the back so no one would suspect anything when someone comes up. She obliges and does what you say. When you leave the forest grounds, you stop at a nearby parking lot and tell her, "It's safe now, you can come out." She does and moves up to the front.

"By the way, I should've asked you before, but what's your name?" she asks.

You reply, "I'm Michael, and you are?"

"I'm Sally, and by the way, thanks for taking me out of there. You had no idea how bad I had it."

I probably couldn't imagine it either. But now that you're out of there, what are you gonna do now?"

Sally replies...

You have the following choices:

1. "Can I go with you?"

*Noteb*
2. "I don't know..."

*Noteb* indicates the next chapter needs to be written.
