Raya starts to wake which makes you take a breath of relief which turns out to be a bad move as you get a big wiff of Medusa's scat covered anus.
Raya farts a few more times which almost makes you vomit as the smell of her gas and Medusa's anus is almost too much for you.

Raya gets up and Medusa turns around and shakes her head and puts her hands on her hips.
Raya looks directly at you and snickers which scares you.

Does she tell Medusa you are there or not?
