Jasmine did not live far from here, and the panties were very appealing. It would not hurt to go home and try them on.
The decision made, the red-haired girl began to jog home. She was always up for some excercise, as she needed to keep her figure trim for cheerleading.
As soon as she was home she went straight to her room and removed her jeans and the white satin panties she had been wearing. Hastily she opened the box and removed the contents, dropping the box on the floor. She gazed at them in her hands for a minute. They were smooth and as pristine as they would be new. They looked like they might be silk with no fancy trimmings or stitching that she could see, but the feel was better than any silk garment she had ever touched. They seemed plain and yet attractive all at once.
Finally she could not wait any longer. She bent down and slipped her feet into the panties and pulled them up. The fit was perfect. For all their unadorned simplicity they seemed like they were made to her exact shape. For an intant she had even thought they had sparkled, but it was so fleeting that it was probably a trick of the light. The cut of the garment seemed to show off her shape perfectly while drawing attention away from her perceived flaws. They looked awesome, and made her feel sexy. She could not have imagined a better pair of panties.
Not that looking sexy was her goal. She was only sixteen, and there would be plenty of time for that nonsense when she was grown up. Still, she did like knowing that she was hot, and cheerleading helped her stay in shape. There was, after all, no harm in being ready for when it did matter.
She gave a slow twirl in front of the mirror. This may not have been what she was after when she went to the garage sale, but it was the best thing she could have bought there.
Finally she was satisfied, pulled back on her jeans and runners, and headed off to the mall to be with her friends. The feel of the purple fabric on her skin was quite pleasant as she ran.
She was, of course, late to meet with her friends.
