The not so senior ladies assigned to the ship

There are a few side characters that appear on the show from time to time but don't really take much of the spot light.

1. Nurse Alyssa Ogawa - on Beverly Crushers medical staff. She is on several episodes but the show doesn't concentrate on her much. She is of East Asian complexion with tied up black hair. She is played by actress Patti Yasutake. If you are at a loss as to who I'm typing about, it's this lady:

2. Keiko O'Brien - Wife of Miles O'Brien and mother of Molly O'Brien and Kirayoshi O'Brien. She is played by the actress
Rosalind Chao and works as a:

-Primary School Teacher
-Professor

3. Ensign Ro Laren - A Bajoran who served at the helm of the bridge of the enterprise for some time. Played by
Michelle Forbes.

4. Amanda Rodgers - appeared on episode 132 "True Q" and guest stared actress Olivia d'Abo who played a (warning spoilers ahead) Q who believed was human. The episode started out with her being an honor student being given a potential roll on the Enterprise under Beverly Crusher. But it ends with her deciding to go away with Q to be a member of the Continuum.
