Jack jumped to his feet with determination. "If you touch me with that stick again I'm gonna-" Jack started but stopped when he suddenly realised that Amanda was almost twice his height and towered over him. "I-I'm gonna..." He stuttered.
"You're going to what?" Amanda said bemused with Jack's attempts to be physically threatening. Amanda picked Jack up, holding him up by his armpits, Jack struggled but his efforts were worthless against this grown woman.
Jack had never felt so powerless, his feet dangled below him as Amanda raised Jack up to eye level. For the first time since his surgery Jack truly realised how small he had become. One of his shoes that hadn't been fastened properly fell to the ground below. "You have to respect the fact that you are no longer hotheaded Jack Meyers you are now young Faith Romano. You can't just punch or shoot your way out of situations. You'll need to play your part perfectly in order to avoid them, I'm not here to hurt you Jack, I'm just trying to help." Amanda said perfectly sincere. She put Jack down and helped him put his shoe on.
"I can handle it." Jack said. But Amanda wouldn't have it.
"You're a child, you won't be expected to do things on your own, you need to understand that."
"I do, I'm sorry." Amanda finished buckling Jack's shoe and Jack looked her with renewed vigour in his eyes. "Let's do this shit!"
Amanda glared at him and gripped her cane.
"Umm, I mean... May we begin, Miss Humphrey?"
"We may."

The next week went by in a blur of shouting, girlish behaviour and relentless caning.
"Don't use such large words!"
"Don't put your hands in your pockets!"
"It is unacceptable to call your teacher a "bitch"!
"Cross your legs when you sit, I can see your underwear clearly."

The mission was to begin tomorrow, so to calm Jack's nerves Dan had taken him to their favourite bar. It wasn't until they arrived that they realised Jack obviously wouldn't be allowed to drink. "Miss Humphrey is going to be death of me, Dan." Jack said, downing a glass of Apple juice, when the glass was empty Jack exhaled cutely.
"You are acting more girly. I think she's a miracle worker considering what you used to be like." Dan said finishing off his own drink and grabbing his wallet.
"No, this ones on me." Jack said as she reached into the pocket of his pink skinny jeans and pulled $20 dollars out of his Velcro wallet. "Yo barman, another apple juice for me and scotch and coke for my pal."
"Comin' right up."
"That wasn't very girly." Dan said taking the drinks off the bartender.
"This might me be my last night as a guy. Forgive me if I wanna savour it a little." Jack said taking a drink of juice.
"We better head back after this, it's your first day of school tomorrow."
