Morning came too soon the next day. Head pounding i could barely open my eyes more then a squint only to see comforter. As much as I wanted to just close eyes and pass back out a pressure on my bladder forced me to get up. I flailed awkwardly to free myself from the tangle of heavy blankets. After a short struggle I managed to get myself over to the edge and stretched. I slide forward and didn't feel anything for a moment before my bare feet hit carpet, the delay causing me to stumble a little and catch myself on the night stand. Boxers caught on my ankles, annoyed i kicked them away.
"Stupid things..." I muttered sourly, clearing my throat a bit. My throat was dry as a bone, but for some reason my voice sounded off. I shook my head cursing as my vision was blocked by hair. I pushed it aside roughly, and froze. My hair is not long enough to get into my eyes. I looked down to the long locks in my hand. It was the same light brown but there was so much of it... it was well past my shoulders. I tugged slightly and felt the pressure on my scalp. "No fucking way..." I whispered the twittering in my stomach somewhere between awe and fear. "Mirror. I need a mirror." I stumble toward the open door way and rushed to the bathroom. Panic seized my chest as everything seemed off around me, tables and doorknobs all higher then they should. Charging into the bathroom I put my hands onto the counter, and looked at my reflection...
A petite girl dressed in an over-sized t-shirt peeked over the edge of the counter back at me. The neck hole of her shirt sitting crookedly revealing one slender shoulder and small peek at the modest bust just beneath it. Her delicate features were twisted in a an expression somewhere between awe and fear, all framed by a cascade of brown hair that disappeared down her back. I shakily reached out my hand, smaller and daintier then it should be, finger tips touching the mirror just as the girl did. It was my reflection...
