Naruto smiles and keeps the scroll before he walks with Hinata to the hokage office. Along the way he saw Ino which just walks out from the hokage office and he performed the body part swap jutsu on her. Instead of getting her body, Naruto decided to give Ino's body to Hinata so he will continues to use Hinata's body.

As he performed the jutsu, Hinata's body changes into exactly like Ino's from neck down. Her clothes change from Naruto's to exact copy of Ino's while Ino is now walking away with Naruto's body from neck down and clothes. Naruto smiles and feels satisfied on this result, at least Hinata is now a girl again.
