For a moment, it seemed as if Lilith was exaggerating about detecting another Vileplume, and Shelli was about to bring it up until the ground seemed to quake, making Shelli and Loupi shake slightly. Lilith on the other hand was smiling so bright it would rival that of a Lunatone’s shape.
“IS THAT MY LITTLE LILITH!?!”
Both Shelli’s and Loupi’s eyes widened at the sight of what emerged from the large door from the door. Lilith seemed unfazed by the fact that a slightly taller, older and exceedingly wider version of herself emerged from the house. There was quite a difference between the two Vileplume Moemon, the fact that while Lilith had long blue-black hair, this one had short curled hair of the same color that curved around her slightly rounded face. And while she was wearing a fancier and frillier dress than Lilith, this woman’s seemed to hug her impressive curves.
“LILITH!” the older and larger Vileplume Moemon screamed in joy lifted her arms up.
“MOMMA!” Lilith cried back as she leapt into the embrace of her apparent mother.
Both Shelli and Loupi stared in amazement and somewhat surprise as their voluptuous friend was almost completely engulfed into the curves of the larger Moemon. After a rather heartwarming and slightly awkward moment, the larger Vileplume Moemon noticed the two water type Moemon on her porch. “Oh my! Little Lily, are these the dears you’ve been tellin’ me about? Shelli and Loupi?”
Being released by her mother’s impressive hug, Lilith smiled brightly at her two companions, “Yep! Momma, this is my team, Shelli and Loupi!”
“What a bunch of cute little kids!” The larger Vileplume mother cooed as she smiled at the two. “Welcome to our humble homes, dears! You can call me Momma Morgan!”
“Uh, it’s nice to meet you?” Loupi questioned as she tilted her head slightly to the side.
“Y-Yeah, likewise,” Shelli chuckled slightly as she held up her hand towards Morgan.
“Aw, that’s not how we greet friends of the family!” Morgan replied as she stepped forward.
Before Shelli and Loupi could react, they were immediately engulfed in a massive bear hug that was actually starting to turn the two water Moemons blue in the face. Lilith on the other hand was more concerned with something else, ‘Momma seems different for some reason. I wonder if she’s let herself go a little bit…’
“C-Can’t… Breathe!” Shelli wheezed out, which unfortunately fell on deaf ears.
“Me… Too…” Loupi added.
However, it wasn’t the two moemons’ cries for oxygen that finally freed them, it was the loud growls of their (and Lilith’s stomach) that actually managed to grant them their freedom from the death hug! “My! Where are my manners! You three must’ve been walking all day! Come in! Come in! I’ll fix you all a snack before dinner!”
Almost blissfully unaware of the damage her hug caused, Morgan waddled back into the house, leaving the door open. All the while, Shelli and Loupi were trying to gather her breaths while Lilith was still in her thoughts.
“Lilith… Ya didn’t tell us that your ma was so…” Shelli wheezed loudly as she stood up first. “… Friendly.”
Lilith snapped out of her trance and smiled brightly at her two friends, “Oh, come on you two. My family’s one of the friendliest around! Wasn’t my attitude any indication what my family would be like?”
Shelli chuckled slightly as she rubbed the back of her head of hair while Loupi sighed loudly and began to walk into the house. “I’m going to get something to eat.”
Loupi’s direct statement reminded both of her companions that they haven’t eaten in the same length as well. So without a word, the two followed their Psyduck Moemon into Lilith’s home.
