Instantly you can see changes happening to Stacey's body, but to your surprise this includes her getting shorter and slimmer. In about five seconds everything stops changing, and you are facing a likeness of Emma Watson - although not quite as you expected as she is now, but as she was in her first Harry Potter film. Oh grief - guess you had a strong memory of her from the first film which somehow influenced the outcome of the wish.
Stacey does not seem to be at all perturbed, and appears to have accepted the changes without question, as you had previously wished, although she was clearly troubled. Of course - whilst your wish had affected her, all of her clothes remained unaffected, and so were hanging loose on her 10 year old frame, but of course she doesn't realize why.
