The spoiled girl jiggled her basketball boobs in her hands, up and down, up and down. "Look at me! I'll be the talk of the party with THESE babies!" she cackled. Having big boobs was one thing, but it was far from the end of Penelope's little growth spurt. With a loud BWOING! her butt cheeks expanded outward. "OOH!" Penelope squealed as the sudden growth knocked her off balance, down onto her bulbous butt. "Oofh! What the- What's going on?!" She pouted, kicking her thin little legs trying to get up.

"This is NOT what I wanted!" She squirmed around, trying to get the wedgie out from between her cheeks. "If that Betty makes a SINGLE crack about my crack I'll-" she was cut off by the strangest tingling sensation in her lips. "Hey, what the- my libs! Whah habbenib to by lihbs?!" Sure enough, her lips were starting to inflate like balloons! "By libb! Mmmrrmmbbbllb!! Blllrrlb!" She mumbled, but her words just came out as unintelligible babbling noises. Her lips rested on top of her massive chest, dripping saliva down onto her shirt. The poor birthday girl was helpless, anchored down by her fat, jiggling butt cheeks. Her lips were sealed shut, so calling out for help was a no go. She could only sit on her floor and look at her freakish body in her mirror, looking like a bunch of balloons tied together. "Hrrmmph..." She pouted, folding her arms across her round breasts.
