Tony should feel bad about what he is doing, He really desperately should but he just can't he has created some nanobots to help with some muscle/fat development. He was planning on using it on himself but he needed to test it out on someone else and Peter was right there always willing to come in and help and ever present. He should feel bad about playing with Peter's body and turning it into his own personal plaything but here he was injecting peter with nanobots he told a lie about its purpose. He turned them on and Peter complained of feeling weird but overall nothing to drastic a change. Stark sighed and knew that it would take a while but he figured at least something would show.
