You felt the small device in the pocket of the comouflage cloak that Shizune gave you. Why should I risk myself?. A grin came over Ino's face.
''Now remember, when you have finished tell Mizukage to come here to make an alliance pact!'', you leant a bit and whispered to Sakura and the rather dazed Ino. The weight of your massive assets were pulling you down. You grinned as you saw the two of them took off with speed to the forest while you kept Tsunade's hands from groping her boobs in front of Shizune who was standing not too further back from you.
Earlier on you had dragged Tsunade with you to the bathroom, claiming to have something important that you must only discuss with her. Shizune and Sakura raised their eyebrows, suspicious what Ino wanted to tell Tsunade without anyone knowing. After a few banter, Shizune and Sakura decided to wait outside the gates of Konoha while you and Tsunade talk.
''So, what is it that you wanted to talk with me?'', the Hokage leant forward on her desk, letting her massive breasts rest against it. It'll soon be mine, you thought.
You glided Ino's hand to her pocket and took out the black box with blue light from her cloak. Tsunade now looked at you with interest. ''I found this device, and you made the perfect choice.'', you savored the moment as Ino's face broke into a manianical grin. The look of shock never had a chance to leave Tsunade's face before both you went unsconcious.
''Come on, wake up. You got a mission to do!.'', you shook Ino's body hard before she finally stirred. ''Uh what?'', she asked. You woke earlier and with a heave, got your new assets off the desk and began to woke Ino. ''Yeah, Sakura's waiting outside.'' as Ino heard Sakura's name, immediately she rose and the two of you teleported to the front gate.

''What did Ino wanted to talk to you about?'', Shizune asked when the two of you were finally back in the Hokage's office. She was persistent to look after Tsunade, made sure that Tsunade does not go drinking, and neglecting her Hokage duties.
You opened one eye, ''She wanted to talk about a healing jutsu I taught her some time earlier. She was making great progress and doesn't want Sakura to know.'', you decided that this was the best answer. You sipped the cup of tea that Shizune poured earlier.
''Um, can you leave me alone? I need to do something.''
''No! If I let you out of my sight, you'll get back to the bar again!'', Shizune reprimanded you harshly. ''And remember, you still got these stuff to authorize as a Hokage!''. She then slammed a big pile of papers and documents to the desk. You remembered that Shizune always doggedly reminding Tsunade of her duties. Tonton even oinked an approval. Tsunade had been slacking too much and works had piled up.
What a pain, you thought, What should I do now?
Your eyes went to Tsunade's cleavage, the place where you had so conveniently hid the device in and smiled...
