Rouge decides to make Tails the same age she is. After the machine does its job, Tails walks out and is much Tall and actually pretty handsome to Rouge's eyes. Tails looks over himself and seems pretty pleased to actually be a young man, he has always wanted to be older so more people can take him seriously then thinking he is a mere child.
