Rouge agrees to go get someone but she does have an idea for how to retrieve this gal in mind.
"Im gonna need to borrow your ray gun Tails. The one that shrinks and grows people."
"Why?"
"Im gonna use it."
"On who?"
"You'll see when i get back." Rouge was persistent. "She's not gonna come willingly so why even bother trying the peaceful way."
"Fine fine... but you better bring it back."
"I will keep my word alright? Just lemme use the dang thing!"
Tails reluctantly handed her the portable size ray and Rouge was off. It took maybe an hour for her to find the Babylon Ship in which the whole crew of Jet, Storm, and Wave were and she set the ray to shrink and took aim. She fired the ray at the ship shrinking it to where Rouge was as big as the ship so basically now to them she's a giant and she's here to take one of them.
How Rouge does this capture is rather simple. She literally broke the ship in half and found Wave on one side. Tossing the other side she stuffed the half of a ship down her breasts and flew back to Tails' Lab.
"Told ya I'd get you someone, weather they wanted it or not." Rouge said as she got back to Tails and promptly threw the half of the ship she shrunk onto the table and a very very very confused Wave stumbles out of. Rouge keeping her word returns the shrink ray and leaves soon after.
Tails smiled a bit even if he sighed afterwards. He didn't like the method Rouge used but he wasn't going to pass up a chance for testing things.
"First gotta return ya to normal Wave."
After that Wave explained he'd reward Wave with some inventions and all that kind of stuff and explained his desired experiments to test which were...
