Grabbing a small scanner and giving Blaze a quick check with it, it wasn't hard to tell why she was out cold. Rouge had drugged her, with a large enough dose to keep her out for hours.

"Drat." tails grumbled, knowing that that would rule out almost all of his experiments. He needed a test subject that was conscious and alert. even if he were to get the sedative out of her blood she would still be groggy for a while after. Then it hit him, he had inventions that could solve this problem for him.

He could use the reverse-engineered roboticizer he had. unlike Robotnik's his could target specific body parts, and a mechanical brain wouldn't be subject to the effects of sedatives.

Perhaps he could use that nanotech serum he had concocted, the one meant to allow someone to function while missing body parts like their brain, heart, lungs, or whatever else. that would take over brain function, waking her up, and it would let him try some of the experiments that involved taking her apart.

Of course he could focus on experiments that didn't need a conscious test subject, but he didn't have many of those. probably only two or three.
