There's only one option and that is to get to the far end before she starts walking, then eventually jog. You slide down her foot, then begin sprinting away, but before you could make any head way, everything shifted and you went flying back. You crash back into her foot, and as she stepped down, you went flying forward. And you slammed into the sole of the shoe, your mom's toe rests heavily on your right arms, crushing it flat. You cry out in agony as your whole world shifts again. You are sent sliding back, then up in the air as her foot comes back down. You hit the top of the converse, then fall down fast. You slam on the top of your mom's second toe, then begin rolling down the side to where it meets her third toe. Your body comes to rest between her toes, but they spread apart as she takes another step. You managed to hold on, but as her foot came back down, you slid between her toes as they came back. Half of your body was engulfed as her toes crushed everything from the waist down. The pain was so immense that you couldn't even cry out. Blood began coming out of your mouth. The toes came apart again, and you fell down to the sole once more. As her foot came down, you slammed into the underside of her third toe where it came to rest on your whole body. The pressure was immense but you still managed to live. That is, until her next step put enough pressure on your body that is popped into a bloody mess.
Only an hour into your journey, and you are now nothing but a meaningless speck of unseen blood deep inside your mother's sweaty / dirty converse, never to see the light of day. Any blood on her toes will be washed away once she takes a shower after her morning jog.
