Shrugging off his sleep, Brad runs as fast as he can after his mother and Cindy. But his short legs are no match for their normal sized legs, and Brad quickly falls behind.

He gets to the top edge of the first step and realizes it's very long drop. How was he supposed to get down all those steps?
