You will be the young mage, Jaric. He was once a simple farm boy from Moonbrooke who went to Stormwind after he discovered his knack for spellcasting when he set his father's barn on fire. Once in the city, you quickly mastered the basics of fire and frost, but struggled with learning the mysteries of the arcane spell school. This has led to you being picked on, despite your other skills in wizardry being on the level of the masters.
After five years of apprenticeship, you are nearing the end of your teachings and will graduate to the level of a full-fledged mage...If you manage to pass the test, of course.
That is where you find yourself now, studying the fundamentals of arcane spells and incantations. Unfortunately, these particular spells may go way over your head as you practice them alone in the safety of your apartment near the Trade District.
Physically, you are rather unremarkable in terms of looks. You're actually very short for a human male, standing at barely five feet and a half. In an effort to look unique, you've dyed your hair light blue though many of the other apprentices poke fun at you for it.
