She joins the other bullies.

Elena finishes farting on Kyle with a little bit of poop. She farts on the door to break it down and leave. Later, she sees Kyle in the nurse's office and feels satisfied with herself. She decides she likes bullying and joins a group of bullies. She goes with them and shows them that she's capable of bullying by dropping her pants and underwear and letting out a wet fart on Kyle's face. Then, the other bullies pin him down as she poops on his face.
