         As the 15 year old anthro wandered through the forest looking for food. A sudden storm blew in and he was forced to take cover in a cave. The storm was long and the anthro began to wander if he will ever find comfort. He was very lonely and depressed. He had been hunted, captured, tortured. All he wanted was to be cared for, he never knew his mother or father. He was all on his own.

meanwhile

Some where else in the forest a woman was running with a child in tow. The woman while running tripped on a up rooted root when she got back up she could not place any weight on her ankle. (it was broken) She tolled her daughter to run and to not look back. As the little girl ran deeper in the forest a storm blew in and she was forced to take cover in the same cave a the dragon.

back to the dragons point of view

He saw the little girl run in to the cave after he had just gotten comfortable. The girl didn't see him. At first he thought the girl was after him until he looked more closely at her and realized that she was younger than he was. His sudden movement caused her to look in his direction he froze. She stood up and prepared to run if there was a bear in this cave. She asked if there was any body there.
he responded "yes there is."
she said "who are you "
he answered "just a monster."
At this she became very scared "a monster" she breathed out terrified.
"yes" he answered sadly
She heard the sadness in the voice and questioned him about it.
