Who turned out the lights? o.o

With new-found courage (or stupidity) you walk tentatively into the cave.
You make it 15 steps in before calming and saying to yourself, "See nothing in he--.." You pause in mid-sentence as all the light in the cave goes out.
You quickly whirl around to find out what happened, but all you can tell is that something's blocking the cave entrance, it has the vague shape of a boulder.

'Great' you think, walking towards it, agitated, 'How am I supposed to move a boulder?"
You get closer but as your eyes adjust to the darkness, you see a boulder would have been a blessing.
You see a giant cubone looking down at you with a smirk, it's leaning against it's bone-club which is being used to block the entrance.
It's expression looks like a taunting happiness as it licks it's lips, which looks like it's licking the skull on it's head.. it'd look funny if you didn't fear you were the main course. You begin backing up, your mind racing for any way out, until you walk straight into a wall behind you... this was a one sided cave.. and cubone was blocking the only exit. Then you realize, it must do this all the time. Never leaving it's home, all it has to do for food is wait for it's prey to walk willing up to it.

With this realization, it dawns on you that it knows how to keep it's lunch inside.. your chance of escape was little to none
you...?
