“How would I even take your hide unarmed like this? Humans need tools you know.”
“How am I supposed to kill a tiger with my bare hands?”
“Good point…”, She responded, taking a moment to ponder, still laying atop of Alfred.
“Ahh I know!”, Her ears perked up. “The sharp rocks.”
“There are some in the cave.”, she continued, without a bit of hesitation.
“This doesn’t bother you at all?”, Alfred asked, still pinned under her chest, with a large paw holding the back of his head.
“No, this is normal here, and I would love to help you, you where so good to me in life.”
Lifting herself to all fours, the tigress relinquishes her pin on Alfred, letting the cold air sweep in. This reminded Alfred of why the hide was needed. Sasha sauntered away, into another corner of the cave standing over a deposit of obsidian.
Alfred, following behind, realizing the gruesome reality of what would have to take place saw the blade like stones between Sasha’s paws.
“Really, its not that big of a deal.”, Sasha said cheerfully, rubbing her muzzle against his bare thy as he reached for the stone blade, hands shaking.
Sasha gracefully circled back around lowering her head to Alfred, without any sign of hesitation.
Alfred’s hands shook at the thought.
“I promise you, its fine!”, Sasha said reassuringly.
Alfred pressed the stone into the side of her neck, not breaking the skin; Sasha did not even flinch.
Petting the scruff around her neck, Alfred believed his companion.
“Ill see you soon.” Sasha said as the stone made its way into the side of her neck, severing something important.
Sasha calmly laid down, waiting for sleep to overtake her as the blood drained from her body, holding his scent in her mind.
