Her breasts shrink, but they will grow again soon.

Just as quickly as Lois's breasts grew to such a large size, sagging almost to her hips, they began to recede into herself. They stopped at C-cup, leaving a trail of broken clothes in her wake.

"I've never seen someone with such an... extreme reaction to this kind of drug." The doctor said, somewhat flustered after watching her grow massive, and then shrink back down.

"Oh god.." Lois whisper, still processing what happened to her breasts, and perhaps more importantly, her clothes. Luckily, she wore a jacket on her way in, so she didn't have to worry that much.

"Here. Take one once a day whenever it feels as if your breasts are swelling again." The doctor handed her a bottle of pills and a paper with his phone number. "If you have any side-effects, please call me."

"Thank you, doctor." Lois said as she walked away. When does Lois next feel the need to take the pills?
