Meg looked in the small box the strange man handed her, pulling out a pair of black women's underwear with red lacing. The bra was sized at 36D, simultaneously both over and undersized for her frame, but the panties seemed to be around her size, if a little small.

She continued to examine the gift as she mulled over her choices. If they actually did what he said they would, and give her the 'body of her dreams', People would start treating her like an adult, she'd become popular at school, hell, she could even get a boyfriend. But, if they didn't work she'd feel like an idiot.
