Once you get into her lab you see her working at her table doing something although it's hard to see from your vantage point. However you can tell that whatever it was that she was doing, she suddenly stopped and turned around and you could feel her gaze looking down on you.
"Well well what have we here? Trying to play a trick on me dear brother?" she asks.
Before you have a chance to run, she grabs a hold of you and places you in a glass cage. "Before I can do anything to have some fun, I need to restore you to your normal self." she muses as she prepares some sort of chemical mixture and forces it into your throat.
It tastes awful and it's not long before you are back to your normal human self. "Sis I'm sorry I tried to play another prank on you can you please let me go?" you ask in desperation hoping she'll buy it.
However she just smiles and shakes her head. "Nope, dear brother I've got some plans for you." she says.
