Shadow hears a knocking

A simple knocking on the door brought Shadow back into reality.

"Damn. Rouge must be back. Why on Mobius did I lock the door?"

He shuddered a bit when Rouge spoke "Why is the damn door locked? Forget it. I'll just kick it down."

Shadow thought for a moment."If she get close to me she COULD use that ring. On the other hand I could stay. I have a battle scar or two that could use tending to and I HAVE snuck in here before."
