Cream then told her mother that she decided to explore the caves. "Okay, but be careful and don't wonder too far." was the only phrase of caution Vanilla gave to her daughter.
Cream then walked along the shore until she came across to the base of a sea cliff that was roughly 50ft tall. She then saw the opening of a cave, and navigated her way over the rocks and finally went into the mouth of the cave. It was pretty dark and visibility lessened, but she could still be able to know where she is going. Also, it seemed like a single pathway so at least she wouldn't worry about getting lost. She walked about 20ft and apparently reached a dead end. She was upset since she thought she would at least find something interesting but no luck. She was a bit weary from the walk so she decided to lean against the wall, only to discover that a small square part of the wall she leaned on was a switch. As she pressed it, the dead end revealed itself to be a hidden door as it opened up. She was in awe at what she discovered....
