Male Dragon

Eric pushed against the shell only to come tumbling out. Eric rolled into a larger dragon. When he looked up he saw a powerful male standing over him. The male was of a silver color and was well built. The male smiled as he looked at Eric.
"So this is our new child. Violas was he by chance a knight. He seems familiar."
Deep in his mind Eric felt like the male dragon, who was supposedly his father, sounded familiar. Too familiar for Eric to feel safe. Eric was about to rush at the silver dragon until the dragon rolled a stone towards him. Eric was distracted by the stone that he started playing with it. The male dragon chuckles at the sight.
"He was a knight dear and an ignorant one at that."
"I see. I hate it when knights assume all dragons are evil. Some of the knights I trained have learned that. Others have ended dead or reborn for their foolishness."
Eric then remembers his former master warning him not to attack a dragon in its lair. Eric remembers scoffing at his master and called him a fool. He tried connecting the threads in his mind. The dragon shared the same voice as his former master and he talked about training knights. What dragon would train a knight to kill their own kind. It then hit him. His lord and adoptive father as a human was in fact Lord Silvercrest. Eric started growling at the revelation.
"What's this? I see you finally remember who I am. Listen well boy. If you ever disobey my warnings again I will let you suffer from your own undoing."
Eric hides behind Violas. The next thing Eric knew was he was being picked up.
"Don't fuss little one. You need to take a bath before you can eat."
Eric pouts as he is thrown into a pool of water. He then gets plunged a few times as his "mother" tries cleaning him off. As he was bathing Eric finally saw that he had ... colored scales.
