Clover stared at the scale and her slightly pudgy tummy in frustration. She could hardly believe it the diet she had been on had somehow totally backfired and she'd officially gained 12 pounds!
Ugh Clover was absolutely sick of this ever since the whole passion patties fiasco a year ago her appetite, metabolism, and weight had just been all over the damn place. Some days she would be insanely hungry other days she hardly ate at all. This in turn had caused her weight to yo yo up and down like crazy. She'd even had to buy a whole second wardrobe for her "chubby" weeks where her weight was 10 to 30 pounds higher than it should have been.
Staying slim and fight had always come easy for her but now it was a full time job and she was sick of it. It was all stressful enough that she sometimes thought to hell with it so what if she got fat again she even kind of enjoyed being the muscle of the group during the passion patties mission.
